THE REVEREND FATHER STELIOS N. SITARAS Beloved Sisters and Brothers in the Lord, In the Apostle Paul’s letter to the Hebrews he states: “The situations of life may change, but God never does.” (13:8). Many of you have heard me say on numerous occasions from the pulpit that Our Lord has a plan for our lives. Sometimes we may wander away from His plan, sometimes we turn our backs on His plan, and sometimes we close our spiritual eyes to His plan, but through it all, He is with us. We are all on a spiritual journey and God is right beside us every step of the way. Dr. Charles F. Stanley in his book “God’s Promise for You”, states “He is our deliverer and His truth will set us free from the bondage of sin, doubt, fear, worry, and anxiety. It (His plan) heals our wounded hearts and opens our lives to the possibility of being used once again, or maybe for the first time, for God’s glory. (p. 155-156). The Apostle Paul says: “God causes all things to work together for good to those who love (Him), to those who are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28). God has a purpose in our lives and He has a mission for us! Let us all strive to live our lives for Him. His perfect plan for you will bring you endless hope, great joy and tremendous opportunities.
