VALENTINE PARTY:

On Friday evening, February 16th, GOYA (Greek Orthodox Youth of America) held a Valentine Gala and Dance at the Church Hall. The members of GOYA did an outstanding job in decorating the hall and tables. The parents were most generous in providing abundant and delicious food and desserts. During the evening “Favorites” were selected by those in attendance. Anthony Pollakis was crowned King and Sophia Papakostas was crowned Queen. Dancing then followed for the rest of the evening, with two of the GOYANS being the disc jockeys. We would like to thank Viki and Tony Zannaras, GOYA advisors, for coordinating the event, all the parents for supporting our youth in such an excellent way and all the parishioners who attended the dance and showed their support for our young children. Congratulations GOYANS, and especially their president, John Piperis! We also urge all of our parishioners to continue to support our youth in whatever endeavor they undertake.
